Excellent transport connections, close to a main bus route, minutes from the Train station and a few minutes by car to the M65.

As everyone knows, we only do nice properties.... not only is this property nice, it's priced to attract interest so we expect it to get snapped up quicker than normal. Early viewings are recommended.....

So more about the property...

Entering through the front door, you enter the vestibule before you go into the front Reception Room, which is nicely carpeted and decorated with neutral colours.

At the rear we have a large Kitchen dining room with a new fully fitted designer kitchen with built-in over hob sna dextractor. Ample space for big fridge to side of worktops, and additinal storage for hoover etc - under the stairs.

At the back of the house, accessed from the kitchen diner we have a nice Utility room with small worktop are and space and plumbing for washing machine etc.. the door to the rear yard is situated in the utility room.

First Floor...

The stairs to the first floor are situated between the front and rear reception rooms.

At the top of the stairs and to the left is the Front Master Bedroom. As you can see from the pictures, we have a large bedroom - big enough for the largest bed! There's plenty of space for your wardrobes too.... plus there is a built-in store cupboard too.

Across the landing we have a nice neat bathroom which has a bath, sink, wc etc. There is an electric shower over the bath for god measure, with cushion flooring to the floor.

Then there is the Second Bedroom. This is also at the back of the house - just along the landing from the bathroom. Here we have a decent-sized second bedroom.
