House Network Ltd are delighted to offer for sale this 2 bedroom house located close to the centre of Darwen. With both the bus station and train station within a short walk it is also a perfect location for commuting into Blackburn or Manchester. The property consists of a small entrance hall with a door to the large front room. Wall bracket for mounting a flat panel TV has been left in place and there is also the potential for fitting a gas fire to the fire place however the property has full gas central heating details of fitting are in the paper work that will be provided to a new owner.The property is also double glazed throughout and as with the central heating all documentation is available. The kitchen to the rear is also of good size and the appliances are included in the sale (gas cooker, fridge, freezer and washing machine) There is a cupboard under the stairs and the back door opens onto a small yard typical of the properties in the area.

Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with wooden flooring and beamed ceiling, a second smaller bedroom and a bathroom with tiled shower/bath area. Access to the loft is above the bath.
