" Welcome to this 2 Bedroom Terraced property in the very desirable area at Avondale Road, Darwen.

This property comprises of garden and on road parking is available, open view to the front.

On entering the property you are into an entrance vestibule which leads into a hallway.

The first reception room

(3.4m x 3.4m) is on your right and it has a large front window which makes it lovely and bright, there is a living flame gas fire, the walls are papered and there is a carpet floor.

Returning to the landing we pass the foot of the stairs and are into the 2nd Reception room, this is a very spacious room
