Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd is very pleased to be offering for rent another absolutely cracking BIG 2 bed Garden Fronted Terraced House on Sudell Rd, Darwen - just up the road from The New Darwen Academy and Sainsbury's.

As most people know, we only offer good properties for rent - ie no doss holes, and this one's no exception!

In fact it's one of the biggest and nicest 2 Bed Terraced we've ever had on our books.... What more is there to say?

Well, here's some more info on it (before you ring us to have a look....lol):

Basically, as you approach the house from the front garden.... entering through the UPVC front door, and into the vestibule, there is a long hallway that runs through the front of the house (5m long).

On the right at the front of the house is the Front Reception Room. This is a good-sized room

(4.25m x 3.75m) with a large window that allows plenty of light in.

As with all the rooms in this house, it has a brand-new carpet and has been freshly painted and decorated.

The Back Reception Room is bigger still (4.65m x 3.8m) and benefits from a nice ornate Fire Surround and Double French/Patio Doors that open out into the huge Back Yard.

The kitchen is also at the back of the house - in the kitchen extension. (3.1m x 1.6m)

Here there is a Brand New Fully-Fitted Kitchen, which includes new worktops, new sink etc.... there's even a new Chimney Extractor and a New Gas Cooker and space (with plumbing) for a washing machine.

There is new vinyl on the floor too. 

Upstairs..... At the top of the landing and to the front of the house is the Master Bedroom. This is a BIG room

(4.6m x 4.25m) and as you can see from the photographs there are some good-quality fittted wardrobes - which provide loads of space for clothes etc..
