PROPERTY DETAILS Here we have a nice spacious refurbished 2 bed Mid-Terraces at the bottom on Snape St in Darwen.. Just off the main A666, around the corner from loads of decent shops etc.. bus stops, and schools etc.. the Location is Perfect. And there's loads of on-street parking too..

We have a vestibule, large front lounge and a large kitchen diner at the rear. The back door leads out to a large gravelled tidy yard.. nice and flat!.

Upstairs we have a Large Master Bedroom at the front, a second double bedroom at the back and the bathroom. The bathroom is brand new and includes WC Wash Basin, Bath and Shower over.

The whole house has been nicely decorated with plush modern carpets throughout, except in Bathroom and Kitchen which has modern wood-effect cushion flooring.

AS toy would expect these days.. this house is double glazed and benefits from Gas Central Heating...

Bonus... this house also has a basement - great extra storage space.
