Here we have an impressive and well presented mid-terraced property on a quiet part of Olive Lane in Darwen, close to local shops and only a few minutes from Darwen Town Centre.

Entering the property through the front door, this house has a really good feel to it.

The main hallway leads from the vestibule and front door right into the heart of the property.

On the left is the front reception room. This is a neat and well presented front room, benefiting from a feature fireplace recess and a large front window with curtains, AND a new carpet.

Back to the hallway, turning to the left and past the bottom of the stairs is the rear reception room.
