London Terrace is just up the road from Darwen Town Centre - a few minutes walk, and not far from the train station either.

There are plenty of shops in the vacinity and other amenities which contribute to why this is such a popular location.

London Terrace as you can see from the map, is situated just off Richmond Terrace, which is just up off the top side of Darwen Town Centre.

This property is situated about half way up on the right hand side.

Entering the house through the front door, you go into a small vestibule, which leads into the front Reception Room. This front room is a good sized room, and has under the stairs storage space.

At the back of the house there is a second reception room. This too is a good sized room, which benefits from fireplace, surround and storage space.

The fitted kitchen is at the back of the house. It's got plenty of built in storage cupboards, plumbing for a washer etc and a spaces for frigde and freezer etc. There's also a free-standing cooker.

The back door is at the back of the kitchen, this leads into a decent sized yard that's partially tarmac'd. A yard like this is ideal for small children to play as it's nice and secure. (The back alley is also securely gated).

Upstairs there are 2 good sized bedrooms; the Master Bedroom is at the front, and has additional built in cupboard space - ideal for use as a wardrobe or just for additional storage.

The second bedroom is at the back of the property, not being quite big enough to call a double, but you could say it's a big single, it's certainly not a box room.

To get to the bathroom, there is a spacious landing/corridor.
