This property is ideal for someone who is looking for somewhere homely and in a practical location.

Entering the property through the front door, and into the vestibule, there is a spacious hallway.

On the right as you go along the hallway, is the front reception room 13' 5" x 9' 11" (4.09m x 3.02m). Here we have a light an airy room that is of good proportions (currently used as a bedroom), benefiting from a large window which allows plenty of natural light into the property, enhancing the spacious feel of the room.

The next room along the hallway is the back reception room, or living room - as some people prefer to call it 13' 5" x 10' 7" (4.09m x 3.23m). This room is really the hub of this home. As you can se form the pictures it's a nice warm room. The south facing window lets plenty of sunshine through - on those rare sunny days that we get. It also benefits from a feature fireplace and heart, and houses an inset coal effect gas fire.

At the back of the house, at the far end of the living room is the doorway to the kitchen 9' 11" x 7' 5" (3.02m x 2.26m).
Here we have a modern, recently fitted kitchen benefiting from plenty of cupboard space, laminate flooring and a built in oven, hob and extractor. There's additional storage under the stairs, which is adjacent to the entrance of the kitchen.

The back door leads from the kitchen to a clean well-maintained rear yard.

Upstairs....
Back ot the entrance hallway... the stairs lead upto a spacious and long landing area (as you can see from the pictures).

At the top of the stairs is a nice sized bedrooom 9' 7" x 7' 5" (2.92m x 2.26m) , currently used as a games room. Again it's nice and bright as the back of the house faces due south and benefits from wood-effect lamnate flooring.

The next bedroom, is on the right at the top of the stairs, also at the back of the house 8' 3" x 7' 8" (2.51m x 2.34m).

Further along the landing is the family bathroom 7' 2" x 5' 5" (2.18m x 1.65m) . This recenlty fitted, modern bathroom is nice and bright, enhanced by the colour of the suite and the tiling.
It comprises a WC, wash-basin and fitted bath, which benefits from an electric shower with a rigid shower screen and a good quality vinyl cusion flooring.

At the far end of the landing, at the front of the house is the Master Bedroom 13' 10" x 13' 6" (4.22m x 4.11m). As you can see from the pictures and measurements, it's a very large bedroom, and offers ample room for a king size bed and loads of wardrobes should you need them.
