So about the house then......

On entering the property by the UPVC front door, the first room you come to is the living room

(or reception room as they are often called).
And as soon as you walk in you can tell straight away this is a lovely house. It feels good!!!

The lounge benefits from a brand new carpet with complimentary decor and a large front window which is double glazed that lets plenty of natural light in.
On the chimney breast is a modern feature wall mounted gas fire (one of those really modern ones).

At the back of the house is the Kitchen/Diner.
As you can see form the picture it's a brand new kitchen with a built-in oven, hob and extractor (never been used).
The kitchen has been designed to deliver the needs of a modern kitchen, whilst at the same time afford as much space as a dining room as possible. The design works well and there is certainly plenty of room. There's additional space under the stairs which have been opened up to give an even bigger feel to the room.
Above the sink is a large window that lets plenty of light in and looks out into a large back yard.

The back door of the house leads out from the kitchen.

At the top of the stairs and to the left is the Master Bedroom.
Here we have a cracking sized bedroom with built in cupboards/wardrobes either side of the bathroom. The carpets are new and again we have a fresh and neutral style of decor to suit all tastes.

Across the landing at the back of the house is the second bedroom. Here too we have a new carpet and a freshly decorated room and a window which overlooks the rear yard.
