" Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd are delighted to be offering another lovely house for rent, in a popular area and in a great location for Town & the new DACA Academy.
And as everyone knows, we only do nice decent houses - that get snapped up quick, and as you can see for the pictures, this one is no exception!

So check out the pictures, have a good read below (check that you meet our lettings criteria) then call us to book your viewing. Remember we are open 7 days a week - and until 8pm on weekdays. So booking a viewing is well easy!

So, what have we here...... let me explain.....

Situated on Redearth Road, just up form Sainsbury's and the new Academy, this house is at the end of the first block of terraced properties on the left. (It backs on to the Academy). And being a gable end property you have the benefit of loads of on-road parking.... both across the road from it and of course down the side of the house. There's loads of parking!

Entering by the front door, there is a vestibule which then leads into a nice fresh hallway.

The first room you come to is the Front Reception Room... on the right. And as you can see the pictures say it all..
Here we have a lovely reception room that has been nicely finished off. It benefits from a warm neutral décor, and wood-effect laminate flooring.

The next room along the hallway is the Rear Reception Room.
Now this is a big room! AND it has additional storage space by way of a walk-in cupboard under the staircase.... handy for keeping the hoover and ironing board in.....
The main focal point in this large airy room is a feature fireplace that fits in nicely with the neutral décor. Two large windows allow loads of natural light to flood in.... one window looks out into the rear yard and the other looks out to the side (handy if you park your car at the side).

The Kitchen is accessed from the rear reception room, and as you can see from the pictures, we have a good-sized kitchen here that benefits from plenty cupboards and work top space. And if you have noticed form the pictures..... there is also a brand new range type cooker with 5 burner rings! It also benefits from a space and plumbing for your washing machine... loads of space for your tall fridge freezer (and the resident Welsh Dresser can be included if you wish!).

A door leads out from the kitchen into a spacious rear yard with outbuildings.

First Floor.....

The stairs to the first floor are situated in-between the front and rear reception rooms.
At the top of the stairs, and on the right, is a large Master Bedroom. As you can see from the pictures there is plenty of room for that large double bed... and your wardrobes. An original cast iron feature fireplace remains in the chimney breast (for effect only) and adding character and reminders of how things must have been - before central heating was invented.
A large window looks out over the front of the property.

Across the landing, towards the rear of the property is a Second Double Bedroom. As you can see form the pictures, this is a real double bedroom! Benefiting from soft neutral colours on the walls and a matching soft carpet, with a rug that can stay if you like. A large window looks out over the back of the property into the rear yard.

The Family Bathroom is at the back of the house.
Here we have a bathroom with a difference..... let's face it, not many terraced properties you come across have a roll-top bath now do they? But not only is there a nice bath, but this one has a separate electric shower over it too.
A nice modern chrome towel rail sits just above the radiator - handy for warming the bath towels after a long soak.... Additional storage is to be found inside the built-in cupboard adjacent to the bath.
And as you you would expect there is the usual WC and free-standing wash basin.

This lovely house is just waiting to make someone a lovely home, done to an excellent standard all we are looking for is a suitable tenant to match.

As you might expect with a property of this standard, it is fully double glazed and benefits from gas central heating.

To fully appreciate this lovely spacious family home you really need to come and feel it for yourself by doing a viewing. Remember we are open 7 days a week - weekdays til 8pm. So booking a viewing, even if you're working shouldn't be a problem. Evening and weekend viewings is available on all our properties.
