Situated on Philip Street, which is just off Radcliffe Street in Darwen... a few minutes up the road from the new Sainsbury's and Darwen Academy, which is only a short walk from Darwen Town Centre, it is perfectly situated if you wish to be near to town and all the amenities it has to offer.
