"FULL DESCRIPTION Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd is very pleased to offer for sale this recently built Detached Property, situated on the ClearWater Village Development on the South Side of Darwen, with splendid views of the surrounding countryside.

Situated at the end of Beaumont Way in a quiet cul-de-sac in a corner, this property benefits from a good-sized driveway which will park 3-4 cars with ease (plus a detached garage). There is additional parking on the road to the front of the property.
