Situated on Bayne St, this property is perfectly positioned for the village school, shop, Post Office, local pub and community centre.

On-Road Parking is easy at the front of the property.

Entering the front door, you enter a vestiblule which leads into the main front lounge, which benefits from a feature fireplace (with living flame gas fire), ample storage space, neutral decor with complimenting carpets.

The Dining Room is accessed by an archway and is adjacent to the kitchen which is connected by a further archway.

At the back of the house (from the dining room) is a spacious conservatory affording great additional living space. Beyond this is a decent sized clean and tidy rear yard with a secure gate.
