Situated in a quiet location, on Baynes Street in Hoddlesden, this lovely garden fronted terraced property is just waiting for the right tenant to come along.

Anyway... more about the house...
As you can see from the pictures of the front of this property, it is nicely set back from the road and benefits from a nice, tidy, low-maintenance front garden, which has a nice golden gravel down to keep the weeds at bay.
Entering through the UPVC front door and into the vestibule, you then enter the lounge (4.5m x 4.25m).
The front (4.5m x 4.25m) and back (4.5m x 3.6m) lounges have been opened up to give a huge open living space, separated by an archway.
There's a beautiful solid pine floor, which has been varnished (and looks really well!) that goes from the front to the back of the property.
There are good sized windows at the front and back that allow plenty of light in, so as you can imagine, it's nice and light. There are wooden venetian blinds up at the windows for extra privacy.
There are living flame, coal effect gas fires and feature surrounds in both rooms, for additional effect and heating.
Going through the back room to the kitchen (3.3m x 2m), which as you can see from the pictures, is a lovely fitted kitchen. There's plenty of cupboard space provided by the fitted units, which are topped off with a nice gloss worktop.
There's also fitted appliances, namely: a built in oven, gas hob, extractor, and fridge.
The floor benefits form ceramic floor tiles which complement the decor.
The backdoor to the yard is from the kitchen.
In the long clean yard, there is a purpose built, spacious building that has and can be used as a utility room. It has plumbing and power for washer/dryer etc - perfect for the job. It could also be used for a variety of other uses, such as a workshop etc..
Upstairs....
The stairs are situated just off the back reception room, going through a door upstairs there is a nice big landing approx 5m long.
At the top of the stairs facing to the back of the house is the bathroom
(2.3m x 2.3m).
This is a nicely fitted and nicely tiled bathroom, which comprises: fitted bath (with mixer taps/shower) and shower curtain, a WC, and pedistal wash basin. The spot lights in the ceiling add a nice touch to this already well presented and spacious bathroom.
Bedroom 1.
Coming from the bathroom, to the left, there is a bedroom of good proportions (4.4m x 2.6m). It overlooks the back yard, has blinds and curtains fitted. The floor is a nice varnished pine wooden floor and as you can see from the pictures has a neutral decor.
Bedroom 2.
The Master Bedroom is at the front of the house (4.45m x 4.2m).
This is a large Master Bedroom and benefits from solid wood flooring. The views form the window look across the village green (we have attached a picture so you can see).
Attic Room....
Then there is a nice spacious attic room
(3m x 2.4m). Access to this room is from the main landing. There are a set of steps leading up to it from the landing.
This room has a solid wooden floor and a wardrobe fitted. There is a velux window and additional storage space built in. This room is ideal as a 'lads' play room or somewhere to store things.
