So, more about the property.....

As you enter the front door there is a nice little vestibule that leads in to the front lounge. As you can see from the pictures it looks lovely, but when you do the viewing you will notice it feels lovely too.... it feels very homely and very safe.
The finish in this property is above the norm for most rental properties and fits perfectly with the standard of property we love to have on our books.

Passing through to the next room...
We have another lovely Reception room - come dining room

(if you wish). Just like the front reception room, the standard of finish is high, and this room has a very calming feel to it.

There is an open plan kitchen extension connected to the rear reception room and as you can see form the pictures, it's a modern well designed kitchen with high-gloss units, and some integrated appliances.. namely the built-in Dishwasher, ceramic electric hob, and a built-in high-level oven. There is a free-standing Fridge that can be left in the property too.

Rear Yard...
Access to the rear yard is through the UPVC French doors. When you pull the curtains back to look into the yard there is a bit of a surprise.... it has some nice neat garden beds and is finished off tastefully with a slate mulch - very nice it is too! and it feels like a little cottage garden hidden away...

Upstairs..

The stairs to the first floor are situated in the rear reception room.
At the top of the stairs to your left is the Master Bedroom.

The Master Bedroom is one of those huge bedrooms - very typical of many quality traditional terraced properties found in our area.

This spacious bedroom benefits from some modern furniture that can be included if you like. (otherwise we are happy to remove it). A brand new carpet has been fitted and a large window overlooking the front garden.

As you can see from the pictures, we have a clean crisp modern grey-themed bathroom comprised of the usual WC, wash-basin and fitted bath. We do also have a fitted rigid shower screen and independent Electric Shower above the bath for good measure.
The additional free-standing cabinet offers suitable storage and doubles up as a nice feature.
