Services Mains supplies of gas, water, electricity and drainage. Gas central heating to panelled radiators from a British Gas combination boiler. Council tax is payable to RVBC Band C. We are advised the tenure is Leasehold. Additional Features The property has PVCu double glazed windows and external doors, ceiling covings, picture rails and panelled doors.
