This good size 3 bedroom house has off road parking for two cars, a large family garden with mature trees, shrubs and hedging and is located in the lovely and quiet village of Charnock Richard.

The lounge is spacious and light, the kitchen and dining room are open plan and the dining area is large enough to accomodate a large table for 8 while the kitchen and breakfast bar are well proportioned. The centre piece of the kitchen is a large range cooker with 6 gas burners and two ovens.

The hallway and landing are bright and lead onto the three bedroms and the well fitted family bathroom. The fittings are high quality and the shower stands above the generously sized double ended, extra deep bath.

Two of the three bedrooms are doubles, the third bedroom is a single. All have been redecorated and are bright and warm.
