There are two double bedrooms a small rear yard a garage with an inspection pit. The garage also leads into the cellar on the same level. There is double glazing and central heating. There is a small garden to the front of the property. Located on the main road it is ideal for first time buyers or as an investment to rent out being only a short distance from shops, schools and other amenities. Priced to sell viewing is highly recommended.
