"ACCOMMODATION This fantastic home is ideal for first time buyers as it has the option to buy a 50% share and could be sold fully furnished if required. Located in a pleasant cul de sac in Crag Bank the property has both off street parking and an enclosed rear garden.

The property has been fully redecorated and refurbished in recent months and has had a new Viessmann combination boiler fitted as well as a modern white bathroom suite with over bath shower and glass shower door, new carpets in the hall and up the stairs and UPVC double glazed windows.
