The Location
Bolton-le-Sands is a coastal village located just North of Lancaster. Lowlands Road is tucked off Meadow Drive and is well placed for all local amenities, the canal and lovely walks along the shore. Bolton-le-Sands is a quiet location, but is well placed for the main A6 road giving easy access to Lancaster City Centre, Morecambe Town Centre and will connect to the new M6 link road joining straight up to the motorway which will make travelling and daily commutes much easier.

A Brief Introduction
This property is truly a lovely family home, and entrance is through a uPVC door to the side elevation into a spacious L-Shaped entrance hall. From here, doors lead into the dining room/third bedroom, lounge, bedroom two, kitchen, and then stairs lead to the master bedroom and a spacious loft area.

The detached garage is a good size with an up and over door, and would accommodate one car, or would be ideal for storage.
