The complex is well positioned for both junctions 1&2 of the M66 motorway network, along with well-regarded primary schools, local amenities and public transport routes. The development was constructed by Barratt Homes and the site was completed approximately 9 years ago. With electric central heating and UPVC double glazing, the accommodation briefly comprises of an communal entrance hall with stairs to the first and second floor landings, inner hallway, lounge, fully fitted kitchen, two fitted double bedrooms (the main with ensuite) and bathroom. To the outside there are well cared for communal gardens and designated parking. Available mid January, application fees of ?250 (inc. VAT) apply. Council tax band B.

Entrance Hallway Provides access to all rooms. Living Room Contains a feature fire with wooden mantlepiece, double glazed window, inset LED ceiling spotlights and an electric storage heater.
