Highfield Drive is a popular location within Farnworth having schools nearby to include St James secondary school which is located on Lucas Road and Greenfolds School on Highfield Road. The dining room gives access though to the kitchen and also has a patio door into a brick and double glazed conservatory which overlooks the rear garden with tiled flooring. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units, sink and drainer unit, built in oven and hob plus a double glazed window overlooking the rear garden. The first floor landing gives access via a pull down ladder to the boarded loft space. The landing also gives access to the three bedrooms, all having a double glazed window. The accommodation is completed by a bathroom three piece suite comprising a panel bath with shower over, low level WC and wash hand basin, there is a double glazed window to the rear elevation. The rear garden has the added benefit of having a detached storage unit which has double glazed windows, power and lighting. The unit is currently being used for storage. The rear garden itself has a patio and timber deck area, a lawn, raised timber decking shrubs and borders with fence boundary.
