Breightmet is approximately 2 miles North East of Bolton and approximately 4 miles North of Bury. Off the dining area there is an archway leading into the conservatory which is of a double glazed construction having french doors leading out to the rear patio area. To the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of which are double rooms and completing the accommodation there is a modern three piece bathroom suite. Externally there is a lawn garden and a driveway to the front providing off road parking whilst to the rear there is a further lawn area.
