"**NO UPWARD CHAIN** This is a good size family home and is situated close to Leverhulme Park. Lovely lounge/diner with French doors out into the rear garden. Cream Shaker style kitchen units, and a corner shower with massage jets! Great transport links into Bolton, Manchester and beyond.
