"This four bedroom semi detached property has been extended from the original 1960's build to create a well proportioned family home which is well placed for Harwood amenities and St Maxentius Primary School which is just a short walk away. The well proportioned living space briefly comprises of: Entrance porch, hallway, ground floor cloakroom, lounge, kitchen, conservatory, four bedrooms and bathroom. Externally there is a paved driveway to the front with planters, to the rear a fully enclosed garden with block paved patio area, concrete storage shed and lawned garden. This is a very safe, secure area for children to play as there is no access directly out to the front of the property.

THE ACCOMMODATION The entrance porch with side window opens onto the hallway with laminate flooring. There is a cloakroom/wc off the hall with two piece suite in white.
The kitchen is a lovely bright room fitted with a range of wall and base units with contrasting working surfaces. Built in electric oven and gas hob with extractor hood, integrated dishwasher, single drainer sink unit, plumbed for washing machine.
