"Look no further than this fabulous apartment that you will find on Blackpool s world famous promenade. With panoramic views expanding the North Sea and the Golden Mile from this purpose built block, it really is a super feature and certainly not one to be missed. Entrance to this purpose built block is gained through a secure entrance and the security measures mean that only residents have access to both the building and the private parking. Once inside, you can reach the third floor by either the stairwell or the residents lift, making access easier for those less able. The communal areas are well maintained and you are greeted by clean and pleasant surroundings. Up on level three, you will gain access to apartment 34, which has been lovingly refurbished with neutral d?cor and polished wooden flooring. Here you will find a spacious entrance hall with a cloakroom with storage and access to the utility metres. There are 2 bedrooms; both double rooms but one significantly larger than the other- the master benefitting from fitted robes. The living room is bright and spacious; and from here, you get through to a modern fitted kitchen with a generous selection of white base and eye level units. The family bathroom is fully tiled and boasts a P shaped bath with an over bath shower; next door there is a separate WC. Finally, there is an open air balcony, which gives you your own private piece of Blackpool and its sea air to enjoy on those sunny days. The property is warmed by electric wall mounted, oil filled heaters and this is complimented throughout by uPVC double glazing. There is a private garage under the main building that is suitable for a small vehicle or storage, however should you want to include the garage in with your tenancy, there will be an additional charge of ?10 per week.
