"A lovely extended 1930s semi-detached home in a delightful leafy suburb on the north side of town, bordering the Ribble Valley. Nicely presented it comprises hall, two piece cloakroom, lounge, dining room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, one box bedroom, bathroom, garage. (858 sq ft/79.7 sq m approx. EPC: D). Viewing is strongly recommended.
