"FULL DESCRIPTION Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd is delighted to be offering for rent this asbolutely superb property. Situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac on Highfield gardens in Blackburn and very well located for anyone needing access to the motorways, town or the new hospital.

Approaching the property from the front, you can either park on the driveway to the side of the front garden, or park in front of the house.

The front door leads into a spacious vestibule hallway at the bottom of the stairs.

Off to the left is the main door to the front lounge. You can see from the pictures this is an exceptionally well-presented property.The lounge being at the front of the house overlooks the front garden. The double window allows lots of light into the room making it nice and bright. The floor benfits from wood-effect laminate flooring, and there is a modern, wal-mounted gas fire on the wall.

The Dining Room is at the back of the Lounge and connected by an archway. Beyond the dining room are the French Doors which lead out to the rear garden.

To the right of the dining room is the kitchen.
As you can see from the pictures, here we have a modern well-equipped kitchen with lots of built-in storage. It also benefits from a high-level double oven, a ceramic hob with a very modern extractor above.
This tasteful kitchen has been carefully planned and looks superb.

Upstairs....

The stairs are near the front door as you enter property and lead upto a spacious landing.

At the top of the stairs is the family bathroom and as you can see from the pictures is a nice crisp clean bathroom with the usual trimmings.... including a long horizontal mirror with downlights above the sink, a curved bath shower above, all with matchng tiles.

Bedrooms:

There are two bedrooms at the front of the property; a single, which could be used as a home office, and the Master Bedroom. The master bedroom is a nice spacious and long bedroom with ample room for your double bed and wardrobes etc... Both these bedrooms overlook the front gardens to the property.

At the back of the property and to the left of the bathroom is another Double Bedroom. This too is a good size and overlooks the rear garden.

Outside:

At the front of the house is a reasonable sized garden... and one that's easy to look after, comprising mostly of lawn with some shrubs to the borders.

Now the back garden.... well that is something else!!! It has been carefully designed with low-maintenance and maximum effect in mind. The majority of the garden is decked, with the remainer being gravelled with small cornish pebbles and it looks superb.

There are plenty of tubs and planters containing a variety of shrubs and perennials to give interest pretty much all year round. There is a pergola which has hanging baskets on it that are flourishing as you read....

Down the side of the property are two out-buildings. Both are very secure and can be used as storage.
