So here we have a lovely 3 bedroom, mid-terraced property, situated on Moorgate St - just off Livesey Branch Rd in Blackburn.

It's quite unassuming from the outside, but once you are inside you'll be surprised how spacious and roomy it is.

On the ground floor we have...

A two good-sized reception rooms, that are decorated with lovely Laura Ashley feature walls... natural, varnished original pine floors and a feature fireplace in the front room....

As you heat to the rear of the property, we have the galley kitchen which, as you can see form the pictures, is well kitted out and includes a built in oven hob and extractor. A door to the rear yard leads out form here too.

At the rear of the kitchen we have a nice family bathroom which is comprises a WC, Wash Basin, Full Length Bath with Shower over.

The stairs to the first floor lead up from the rear reception room.

At the top of the stairs we have a single bedroom straight in front of you.... which would be ideal for a child or used as a home office?

To the right of that, and also at the front of the house, we have the second Bedroom. This is a spacious second Bedroom and will accommodate a Double bed quite easily..... with plenty of room for wardrobes and dresser etc...
