"The property is a mid-terraced stone fronted 3-bedroom house with 3 floors located in Great Harwood.

The ground floor consists of the entrance porch, the living room, dining room, kitchenbreakfast room and store. The living room is large with a feature fireplace and bay windows letting in plenty of natural light creating a bright and airy feel. The dining room is also large with under-stairs storage and French doors that lead to the garden. The kitchen is modern and bright with integrated appliances. Like the living room and dining room, it is very bright, even more so due to the lovely skylight windows. There is a breakfast bar with room for chairs attached to one of the walls.

The first floor comprises of two bedrooms and a shower room. Both bedrooms are decently sized and the large bedroom contains a feature fireplace and fitted wardrobes and TV Ariel. The shower is decently sized and modern with mood lighting, steam feature and radio.

The second floor consists of one very large bedroom with built-in eaves cupboards on either side and two skylight windows, one with electric blind and a TV Ariel. The bedroom is big enough for at least two beds.

There is a small York stone flagged courtyard at the front of the house and stairs leading to the front door. There is a rear York stone flagged yard with a brick build storage room. The outside area is accessed via French doors from the dining room.
