Location This popular semi-rural location enjoys both quick access to the A59 and M6 Junction 31 and is a short distance from the Bonny Inn and Salesbury C of E Primary School. A large and comprehensive range of shops, schools and amenities can be found in Clitheroe, the administrative centre of the Ribble Valley. The principal bathroom is luxuriously appointed consisting of a panelled bath with hand-held shower, pedestal washbasin, low suite wc, bidet and a fitted toiletries cabinet. For convenience the walls are tiled, the floor in Karndean. The shower room harks back to the 1970s and consists of a shower tray with Mira shower, low suite wc, pedestal washbasin. The walls are tiled, the floor in Amtico. Approached over a sweeping drive, the garage has an electrically operated roller shutter door. Next to is a workshop/gardeners store plus a purpose built kennel. The particularly large gardens are laid mainly to lawn with mature shrubbery and two flagged patios, one off the lounge, the other near the greenhouse.
