"Having the makings of a really excellent and extremely appealing family home, this semi-detached house does require renovation and modernisation, reflected in the reasonable asking price, but offers huge potential, has great promise and is strongly recommended for early viewing. Well situated in a small and very pleasant cul-de-sac in a highly sought after residential area, close to Earby Primary School, the property benefits from a delightful open outlook and views from both the front and rear, has the advantage of a superb, larger than average rear garden and there is scope to extend the house and, by altering the front garden, also to create off road parking, subject to Planning Permission.
