"Enjoying a highly desirable position, with wonderful rural views from the front, this semi-detached bungalow is tucked away in a particularly pleasing, traffic free location and faces directly onto open fields. Re-roofed and newly fitted with central heating, run by a gas condensing combination boiler, in 2015, the bungalow does require general modernisation, but offers tremendous potential and also scope to extend the accommodation by converting the loft (subject to PP or Building Regulation approval) as has been done with other similar properties nearby. With nice sized gardens to the front and rear and a detached garage, with parking space in front, the bungalow has pvc double glazing and briefly comprises an entrance hallway, with a built-in cloaks cupboard, a very spacious lounge, which benefits from the superb views, an inner hallway, a dining room, which could be utilised as a third bedroom, a kitchen, with fitted units and a built-in oven, hob and extractor, two double bedrooms, one extensively fitted with furniture, and a majority tiled, three piece bathroom, with an electric shower over the bath. The front garden is lawned and, from there, a path, with a garden border, extends down the side of the bungalow to the garden at the rear, which is also mainly lawned and has the potential to be a really appealing feature of the property.
