"Tucked away in a small and very pleasant cul de sac, which is off Fernbank Avenue, this semi-detached bungalow has undergone some improvement, including a re-roof, cavity wall insulation and the gable wall has been re-rendered, but it does still require some further upgrading, allowance for which is reflected in the very reasonable asking price. With gardens to the front and rear, off road parking and a garage with an adjoining store and greenhouse/potting shed, the bungalow also has pvc double glazing and gas central heating and comprises a spacious lounge, a nice sized fitted kitchen, with a range of modern, light wood finish units and a built-in oven and hob, two double bedrooms and a fully tiled shower room, which was formerly a bathroom, and is now equipped with a large shower unit, suitable for wheelchair access/disabled use.
