Entering through the front door, we have a vestibule that leads to a large hallway.
The lounge is on the left, and what a lounge it is too...... It was originally two separate lounges but has been opened up to create a massive through lounge - idela if you want a front and rear lounge, but ideally perfect as a front lounge and rear dining room.

At the back of the rear lounge we have a door that leads into a spacious kitchen. It's a brand new kitchen, with a brand new oven, hob and extractor etc.. and a breakfast bar/dining area off to one side.

French Doors lead out from the rear lounge into a spacious back yard.

Upstairs....
The stairs to the first floor are in the hallway. At the top of the stairs we have a large landing and hallway which extends from the bathroom to the front Master Bedroom.

The Family Bathroom is the first room facing at the top of the stairs. The bathroom comprises the usual wc and wash basin, plus a corner bath with electric shower over.

The Master Bedroom is situated at the front of the house. This is a huge bedroom, with new carpets and decor, with a window overlooking the front of the property.

The Second Double Bedroom is situated at the rear of the property and is also generous in size, again with new carpets and pleasantly decorated. The window looks out over the rear yard and affords clear views of the cricket pitch behind.
