Conservatory is a double glazed and brick construction with a self-cleaning glass roof and has a ceiling light point with fan, door to rear garden. First floor landing. Bedroom 1 has a double glazed bay window to front elevation, radiator, spotlights and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has a double glazed bay window to rear elevation, radiator, wall light point and fitted wardrobes.
