"This timber framed detached bungalow originally thought to be built around the late 1940's is conveniently situated in the countryside area of Yorkletts with access via a lane. The bungalow is situated on a large plot with numerous outbuildings and ample off street parking.The bungalow has one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and lounge/diner with a conservatory overlooking the rear garden. Yorkletts is a semi rural village with close access to the M2/A2 Motorway on the outskirts of Whitstable Town Centre (approx 2.5 miles). Whitstable Town Centre offers a variety of individual shops, restaurants and galleries with the Sea Front & Harbour all within close proximity. The City Of Canterbury (approx 8 Miles) offers more extensive shopping.
