"Chain free extended four bedroom detached family home is located in a prime position; close to the town centre, the seafront and the train station. The large L-shaped living room has dual aspect windows and sliding doors that lead you out to the generously sized conservatory. The living room also takes you through to the kitchen which has ample wall and base units together with an integrated electric double oven, gas hob and an extractor hood as well as space for a freestanding fridge freezer. There is also a separate utility room with further storage cupboards and space for free appliances that include a dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, fridge and freezer. The dual aspect dining room, with space for a dining table and 6 chairs, also leads you out to the conservatory that overlooks the rear garden. Completing the ground floor is the downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms (the master bedroom is fitted with an en-suite shower room) and a good sized single bedroom.
