This great four bedroom detached house is located on the popular Mariners View development, on the outskirts of Whitstable still within reach of what the trendy coastal town has to offer. The downstairs accommodation is generous and ideal for a growing family. The living room is to the rear of the property and has wooden flooring that carries on throughout the rest of the rooms on this level. There is a modern feature fireplace housing a gas effect fire and sliding doors leading out the rear garden. The kitchen area is spacious with plenty of units and workspace, integrated eye level oven and hob with extractor hood over and space for other appliances. There is ample room for a large table and chairs and access to the rear garden via sliding doors. The formal dining room leads off and could easily be opened up to make the kitchen area even bigger.
