Nev and Nicky have enjoyed designing their garden to give maximum enjoyment as soon as you step outside, with fruit trees as well as home grown vegetables. With a double length summerhouse ideal for parties, teenage children or for yourself working from home, as it has power and light it is adaptable to many things. Walking into this garden it has a lovely secluded feel about it, taking you away from the hustle and bustle of Whitstable but all the amenities are right on your door step if you so desire. We bought this property 18 years ago to bring up our family and to enjoy the Whitstable way of life and that is exactly what we have done!

The area is what attracted us to this home just having everything on our door step. For example, forgetting that pint of milk has never been a problem to us and when our children were younger picking up our beach towels and taking that 2 minute walk to the beach was always taken for granted.

The garden is where we spend a lot of our time enjoying the peaceful outside space, tending our vegetable plot and making full use of the summerhouse. Many a BBQ has been enjoyed!
