"You must come and see this beautifully presented older style semi-detached home, in a sought after road in Tankerton, being a comfortable stroll to the sea front where you can enjoy watching the yachts passing by, or a picnic on the Tankerton Slopes.

Tankerton has an array of specialist shops, popular restaurants and great access to road and rail links. The bustling seaside town of Whitstable is about ½ mile away where you can enjoy water sports or visit the castle and enjoy afternoon tea sitting in the splendid gardens.

This home has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom to the first floor. To the ground floor there is a lounge, kitchen/diner and conservatory. Outside there is a good size rear garden in excess of 70ft with the bonus of parking to the rear.

We bought this house in 2006 and spent 6 months completely renovating the property from top to bottom. We have since enjoyed living here and have continued to make improvements including a conservatory and landscaping the garden.

Manor Road has a very friendly community and is an inviting place to live. The local amenities are close by and we have enjoyed many walks along the Tankerton Slopes. The location is excellent as it is within a short drive to Whitstable, Herne Bay or Canterbury.

We have enjoyed living here and hope that you will do so too.
