"Chris and Sue have certainly put their stamp on this property since being here, putting in a new kitchen and making a Jack and Jill en-suite into bedrooms 1 and 2, making this an ideal family home.

The upstairs accommodation has 3 double bedrooms and the downstairs accommodation is spacious throughout with a separate lounge and dining room, family room, conservatory plus the ever popular kitchen/diner - which is what every family wants now in the modern society we live in. This home certainly will not disappoint internally either as it has been decorated to a high level throughout. Location is always something you think about when viewing and this is perfect in every way, having the bus stop a few minutes walk away as well as having fast road links to London on your doorstep. We are sure this will suit all family needs.

Looks are certainly deceiving in this property and a viewing comes highly recommended.

The owner has advised us that there is no onward chain so a quick purchase is possible, another added benefit is they have very good neighbours.

What the Owner says:

We just loved where this was positioned being that I do a lot of travelling with work, and having the road links into Whitstable just 2 minutes away was ideal.

We could see so much potential in the house and having recently put in a Jack and Jill en-suite and updating the kitchen making it a nice kitchen/diner is what I have always wanted. Our sons no longer live with us but the space has always been ideal for them coming back when they did as we could all work from home without getting in each others way. Now with them leaving home and me relocating it is the right time for us to move. However we will miss Whitstable and all that it has to offer.
