"Beethams was built circa 1901 so is late Victorian to early Edwardian, the majority of the house has brick and some tile hung elevations whilst the bay to the front has rendered and timbered elevations giving it the impression of being built in the Tudor style which was more common in the 1920/30's.
Internally period features have been retained.
The current owners had plans drawn up to consider a two storey extension, but never went ahead with a planning application.
Wonderfully situated a short walk from the town center the property is being offered for sale with no onward chain.

GROUND FLOOR A side entrance door opens to the ENTRANCE HALL With radiator, exposed floor boards and stairs to the first floor with cupboard under. LOUNGE With radiator, bay window to the front and feature fireplace with display/book shelves and cupboards to one side and cupboards to the other. OUTSIDE A drive with parking for three cars leads to a DETACHED SINGLE GARAGE with up and over door. Adjoining the back of the house is a gate giving access to the garden. ROUTE TO VIEW Leave Westerham town centre on the A25 towards Oxted, pass the Croydon Road and Stratton Terrace on your night, take the next right into New Street, continue to the end of New Street and follow the road round to the left when you will be in Westbury Terrace."
