"Understood to date from the nineteen fifties this delightful semi-detached family home has had a loft conversion to provide the forth bedroom and a number of internal alterations including the opening of the original reception rooms and kitchen to create a very spacious open plan reception room. Windows and doors have been replaced with double glazed units and the bathroom has been relocated and a new modern suite installed.
To the back of the property is a very good size brick pavior terrace which runs the full width of the house.
The property has brick elevations under a mainly tiled roof.

ABOVE BEDROOM 4 With radiator, two double glazed Velux windows and large eves storage space to front and back. OUTSIDE There is off street parking for two vehicles to the front of the house with steps to the front door and an area of lawn with hedging. There is a side access to the back garden wher there is a deep brick pavior terrace that runs the width of the plot with brick retaining wall, beyond the terrace are lawns, flowering trees and shrubs a pergola and a rockery. DIRECTIONS From the centre of Westerham proceed on the A25 towards Oxted, pass the Croydon Road and Stratton Terrace on the right and take the next right into New Street. Continue down New Street, follow the road to the left into Westbury Terrace. Granville Road will then be found on the right after about a hundred yards."
