Do you have a growing family and may be in need of a potentially five bedroom house? This one has become available, set in the heart of Biggin Hill on a popular road. The rooms are flexible accommodation and offer good sizes. The living areas, the modern kitchen and L-shaped lounge / diner are on the first floor which gives access to the rear garden through sliding patio doors which open from the lounge/diner. Two rooms are on the ground floor with the garage and the other bedrooms and bathroom facilities are on the top floor. Our current owners have enjoyed living here, they have found it easy to commute from and loved the local shops being only a short walk away.

Location

Biggin Hill was originally known as Aperfield, It took the name of Biggin Hill in recognition of the historic role played in World War Two by association to the adjoining Biggin Hill Aerodrome. The larger town of Bromley is a few miles away with it's wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and leisure facilities. There are also very good links to the M25 London Orbital as well and good bus facilities and over-land train links.

Direction

From our YOUR MOVE office, bear left onto the A224/ London Road and continue along London Road for approximately one and a half miles, pasting Sevenoaks Railway station as you go. At the roundabout take the first exit on to the A25/Worship Hill and follow the road straight. After approximately a mile bear left to continue on the A25 where the road changes it's name to Main Road. Following Main Road for just over three miles passing through the villages of Sundridge and Brasted. As you approach the village of Westerham, there is a junction with a right hand turn which is sign posted towards Biggins Hill Airport, this is A233 Beggers Lane turn here and follow the road. At the end of Beggers Lane there is a roundabout where you take the second exit onto A233 London road, follow for a further approximated 3 miles. On the left, look out for the Post Office take the next road on the left which is Lebanon Gardens then take the first right into Stock Hill. At the end of Stock Hill is an island take the first exit onto Sunningvale Avenue. Following this road and take the second right on to Rosehill Road and at the end of Rosehill Road, turn left onto Kings road, where the property is a quarter of a mile on the right.
