"THE PROPERTY: Wow! This property simply must be viewed. It sides onto the country park, has a gated driveway as well as double garage with studio room above. The vendor bought this property off plan and researched and designed her own kitchen as well as requested many other alterations from the original plan. They have enjoyed underfloor heating to the ground floor and have told me that the room above the garage has had planning permission to be converted into a separate annexe as there is already waste and drainage in the garage area. (This permission has not been seen by ourselves at this point). It is, in my opinion, in one of the best positions within Kings Hill, as it edges onto the country park and internal inspection is absolutely essential. The vendor also told us that they had drawings to do a loft conversion, however, have decided that they didn't need the extra rooms and these will be provided for any interested parties. Any alterations would be subject to the relevant planning/building consents.
