"Situated in a cul de sac on a prestigious modern development is this well presented 3 bedroom semi detached family home. The Bradbourne Park development is accessed via a tree lined avenue flanked by open green space which leads into a residential area of modern properties. Chatfield Way is located at the rear of the estate. The area itself is serviced by local shops and a supermarket a short distance away and there are excellent transport links with easy access to the m20 and beyond. The larger town of Maidstone is a short drive as is the picturesque village of West Malling which offers bespoke shops, bars and restaurants.
