"This beautiful looking three bedroom semi detached home with a larger than your average plot to the side is awaiting your viewing.

The home itself is located in a prime position of Welling, with one of the most highly recommended primary schools, St. Michaels, on the adjoining road, where you can also find a child friendly park and your local newsagent. You have a choice of either Welling or Bexleyheath train stations to choose from, both offering access into London within 30 minutes.

The home itself starts offering you the little luxuries from the very first inch of your plot. With a driveway to the front of the property, which then leads to the side and into the large detached garage, i think its safe to say you have more than ample parking for all the family. On the ground floor, once you have walked through the entrance porch and into the hallway, you are spoilt for choice for rooms.
