"This gem of a property is tailored for the buyer that says 'NO' to communal gardens, 'NO' to hefty service/maintenance charges and 'NO' to being disturbed by rowdy members in your communal block of flats!!!

Imagine a hot summers day and being stuck inside when you could be soaking up the rays in your own private rear garden. Sausages on the bbq, the sun shining and the champagne bubbling - where would you rather be?

Work late into the evenings? Exhausted from fighting for a car parking space every night? You will be delighted to know that private parking to the rear of the property will take the headache out of driving up and down looking for parking. Or even worse, having to squeeze into a space better suited for a moped!

Imagine a spacious landing at the top of the entrance stairway with beige carpet, lightly coloured walls and a glorious high ceiling, a great first impression for you and all your friends and family. There is an enormous loft space which adds to the uniqueness of this property allowing plenty of room for storage, keeping your home clutter free.

What the Owner says:

My initial attraction was that I could get my own place and not have to pay out for costly service and maintenance charges every year. I did not like the idea of being in a block and loved the private entrance and most importantly my own private rear garden. Communal gardens just aren't the same.
The location was perfect for me to walk to the station or even to get to bus transportation along Upper Wickham Lane taking me to either Welling, Plumstead and Bluewater Shopping Centre. With all this so close by, it's still so quiet as there is no through traffic or disturbances day or night.

The loft is part boarded which gives a massive amount of storage space.
