Council Tax - Band C. What the Vendor Says: We have lived in this house for 27 years. From the moment we moved in we have been very happy here. It originally was a spacious house with a huge garden which suited our daughter at the time, but due to a few more children (4 in total) we built the extension which meant they all had their own space in their own bedrooms. They all have been happy here and as they are now grown up and leaving the nest we are downsizing. Since we have lived here we haven?t had any trouble and have found Welling to be a friendly town. We have fantastic neighbours and will be loath to leave them. We hope whoever buys our house gets as much enjoyment out of it as we did.
